CARTOONS!
Each of these drink cozies is a reference to an obscure cartoon/comic. Some of the internet variety and some of the print. Anyone who can email me with all three correct cartoons/comics might just win a prize!
In other news delved further into my addiction to socks with Twinkle Toes from Knitty Gritty in Smooshy, which is an awesome new sock yarn with an awesome name. I made a pair of Jaywalkers for my mom, and have been working on a pair for myself. Mine are out of Spunky Eclectic Skinny sock, and my mom’s are made out of Lorna’s Laces. Finally I finished my lacey comfort socks pattern is from More Sensational Socks (baby fern lace pattern with a short row heel) out of Knit One Crochet Two Ambrosia. I have many more socks in progress and socks in planning. My knitting ADD has gone sock crazy!
Drink covers are of my own design and knit in Blue Sky Alpaca Sport. Mostly these are leftovers from my Equinox Yoke Pullover.
