Still mysterious as it is, I am feeling more certain by the minute that there is a water involvement in our theme here. I feel that water can not be the theme itself with the recommended colors of black and white, but the pattern along the ridge definitely resembles waves, and the pattern several knitters are calling honey combs to me resembles that watery light you see around open water. Maybe its that I just watched Finding Nemo, but I say water.  Several people have suggested pirates, which I think would be awesome, but I still see no clear evidence that these waters are piratical. I am not sure how the design in the diamond at the end fits into my watery stole, but hey it looks nice all the same. Now I haven’t given up completely on my Greek idea, and wouldn’t it be awesome if the middle of this thing was one of those huge Greek sailboats with the oars and the Kraken figureheads? Im already jonesing to knit this thing some more, can’t wait for Friday!
