These projects might have prepared me for the fact that cables can be challenging, maddening, down right fowl language inducing, but by the time one has knit, tinked, knit, tinked and then knit a row of over 300 sts one discovers a new meaning for the word “challenging”. But it is just a few short rows away from me debating putting in a zipper to avoid doing the button band.
